Thank you for sharing these two (hard to find, and sometimes hard to "hear") important CDs.
However, I must to clarify that Maurizio Padovan is absolutely NOT involved in volumes 1 and 2, but only in volume 3!
Volume 1 is played by Lo Bachas [Patrick Vaillant, "viouloun e pinfre" (i.e. violin and flute); Jacque Magnani "armoni a semitoun" (diatonic accordion), Michel Bianco "vioulo" (hurdy-gurdy)]
Volume 2 is played by different musicians:
Gianrenzo Dutto, diatonic accordion (1,2,8,11), spoons (9)
Patrick Vaillant, violin (1,2,11)
Silvio Peron, diatonic accordion (3,4,9,10,15)
Michel Bianco, hurdy-gurdy (6,7)
Gianni Giraudo, hurdy-gurdy (6,7)
Luciano Pasquero, clarinet (10,15)
Renato Galletto, voice (12)
Daniel Craighead, jew's harp (12)
Original recordings:
