Filippo Leonardi band ::: Il meglio

Filippo Leonardi, 45 years, calatino by birth, lives in Mirabella Imbaccari, agricultural center in the province of Catania, near the border with Enna’s one. He has been living in a country house for the last 15 years with his family
Musically he grew listening to Italian cantautori and English/American songwriters. In times of political rallies, also in small towns like his, situated in the deep Sicilian countryside, he felt the urge to write some songs by himself.
He used his own vernacular, Maccarisi.
Giacomo Inghilterra and Filippo Consoli help him both in shaping his music and performing it
